BOODLES British Gin Boodles Gin begins as a clean spirit distilled from British wheat and is then infused with a number of traditional herbs and spices including nutmeg, sage, and rosemary.
TASTING NOTES:
- Colour: Clear.
- Aroma: The nose is fragrant with notes of conifer forest and light spices.
- Palate: Bright and juniper forward at first with a hint of caraway, there’s lemon rind mid-palate and a sweetly spice led finish.
- Finish: The finish is quick, but has a lingering white pepper bite.
