Jameson Irish Whiskey is distilled at the New Middleton Distillery in County Cork. It is the best-selling Irish whisky in the world and sold over 8 million cases in 2019. It has been sold internationally since the early 19th century and is available to buy in over 130 countries.

Jameson Irish Whiskey is a blended Irish whisky produced from a blend of grain whiskeys and single pot still whiskeys, a style of Irish whisky made by a single distillery from a mixture of malted and unmalted barley distilled in a pot still. Both of these are sourced from within a 50-mile radius around the distillery in Cork. Additionally, in contrast to the traditional method used in some Scotch whisky distilleries which fires the kiln with peat to dry the barley, Jameson uses a closed kiln fired by natural gas. Bottled at the standard 40% ABV.
